1. Are your products original?

Yes! All products sold at Cozy Outlets are 100% authentic UGG items purchased from official UGG outlets, overstock distributors, and past-season inventory suppliers.

We are an independent outlet and not an authorized reseller.


2. Why are the prices lower than the official store?

Because we specialize in outlet, overstock, and past-season items.
This allows us to offer authentic UGG products at exclusive discounted prices.


3. Do your products come with the original box?

Some items come with original packaging, while others may come in alternative outlet packaging.
This does not affect the product’s authenticity or quality.


4. Can I return an item if I don’t like it or ordered the wrong size?

No — all sales are Final Sale.
We do not accept returns or refunds for size, color, or preference reasons.


5. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We will replace the item at no cost.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 6–12 business days depending on the country. 


7. Why does shipping take 6-12 business days?

To guarantee the best prices and outlet discounts, we use a slower shipping method than usual. This ensures your UGG boots are more affordable!


8. My tracking has not been updated. What could be the reason?

We ship our UGGs from different locations because we purchase them from stores with high inventory or older collections.

When we sell, our shipping partner picks up the products and transports them to the USPS, and until the carrier delivers them to the USPS, the tracking is not updated.

Don't worry, there is no problem with your delivery!


9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We can ship to all countries.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


11. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
If the product is defective, we provide a replacement of the same model/size (if available).
